The Pediatric Feeding and Dysphagia Newsletter was a publication I created, edited and published for over 10 years- from July 1999 until June 2010. It was dedicated to current, cutting edge, and practical information regarding pediatric feeding disorders.
Let’s face it-most feeding disorders are complicated! And I didn’t think there was a place clinicians could access information from all of the various disciplines involved in feeding. So I started the newsletter because I wanted a forum that could provide comprehensive information pulling from the many disciplines involved in the care and treatment of feeding disorders. This included medicine, nutrition, therapy, behavioral, sensory, and motor. I also wanted to review products, current research, interview clinicians and professionals, and examine case studies.
I learned a lot along the way and I hope the readers did as well. The newsletter had subscribers all across the US as well as several other countries. I took a break in 2011 but I am now ready to re-launch the same great content just in a different format- a blog.
