EAT from Nutraphagia by Tia Bagan
When I came up with the idea for a delicious, high-calorie snack, one word came to mind: joy. As a certified speech language pathologist, I had watched countless patients and their families struggle to find food that not only fed the body, but also the spirit.
Sure, food is a source of nutrition, but done right, it delights us and connects us. It’s a way of showing love, of caring for ourselves and others.
Based on decades of experience, our pioneering team of clinicians has created EAT, a quick- melt, high-calorie snack designed to melt quickly and require minimal chewing for children who require foods that are easier to swallow. There are many reasons a parent may be concerned about their child receiving adequate nutrition. Our on-the-go snack is a stress-free way to give them nutrition they’ll love.
With 200 calories per serving, these merengue-coated snacks, are easy to chew, dissolve quickly, and come in four irresistible flavors—dark chocolate, white chocolate, strawberry, and lemon—all specially chosen to please any palette. (Seriously, we’re a mom-owned company, and we can’t get our kids to stop begging us for more.)
Portable enough to stash in a diaper bag or take to the playground, they’re the perfect finger food that lets little ones experience the joy of eating independently. Plus, our wholesome ingredients are GMO-free, gluten-free, and nut-free, making EAT the ideal kid snack.
You won’t find anything else like it on the market. Trust us, we looked.

Comment from Krisi Brackett: Our feeding team has joked for years that someone needs to invent a high calorie meltable snack. Well, nutraphagia has done it. I have tasted them and they are very good although I find them very sweet. We tried them on one of our GI’s kids who loved them. Currently, we are waiting for hospital approval to give them to patients. Our feed back to Nutraphagia was to create one that is dairy free and they are working on this!

these seem kind of expensive but I like the idea and I know some families would not hesitate to purchase them but for some it would be a struggle

I read with interest about these snacks. As a dietitian who specializes in feeding problems for children would love to trial some but Amazon does not ship them to Australia. Any suggestions.

Krisi, three out of three families that I work with and forwarded this post to ordered some.
Evidence that our families are “hungry” for successful, nutritious and high calorie foods foods for their children with eating challenges. Thank you !

My concern is that they do not disclose the ingredients – anywhere…not on their website and not on Amazon. This seems highly suspiscious to me. I’m all for the gluten free, non-gmo, nut free, etc….but where are the 200 or 300 calories coming from? I would not put anything in my mouth, let alone a child’s mouth without knowing what it’s made from. I would not buy from this company until they start disclosing the ingredients – especially prior to purchasing it.

Hello, Susan,
Thanks for the feedback! We always appreciate it. I apologize that you weren’t able to find our products’ ingredients right away and we’ll work to make them more prominent on our website and our Amazon page. But rest assured they are present on each.
On our Amazon page, you can find our ingredients listed under the “Important Information” section (you will have to scroll down just a bit to find it). On our website, you can find them on the “FAQ” section or under any of the “Kids”, “Adults”, or “Seniors” links on the home page.
I hope that helps!
Thanks!
