Have you ever found yourself in a situation where different members of a child’s team are on different pages?  Not only is it frustrating for us as providers, it affects the child and the parents in a multitude of ways, and can even derail progress.  We would like to invite you to an informative new webinar that is being offered in two weeks discussing how to collaborate and communicate effectively with other members your patient’s medical team.

In this upcoming webinar, Jennifer Berry (OT) and Heidi Liefer Moreland (SLP) will be presenting on the importance of communication and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams across a variety of work settings. All attendees will leave with strategies to help facilitate meaningful dialogues and develop effective treatment plans for families they serve, with a specific emphasis on growth and feeding concerns. Responsive feeding principles will be shared as well as some practical ways to integrate these principles into our discussions with other professionals in order to help a child thrive.
